Jacob Goldstein

Jacob has spent his career advising clients on the acquisition, sale, and operational improvement of businesses. He has extensive experience in a number of industries, including lodging, leisure, real estate, manufacturing, and logistics. He spent the last four years in the Los Angeles and New York offices of Greenhill & Co., where he focused on mergers & acquisitions as well as other corporate advisory. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, from which he graduated with distinction, and a BA from Cornell University.

Steven Shevelev

Steven has spent most of his career working for and investing in small businesses. Most recently, he worked for Hackman Capital Partners acquiring and partnering with U.S. businesses in the manufacturing, retail, and consumer products industries. Earlier in his career, Steven spent several years working for Morgan Stanley in New York. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, from which he graduated with top honors, and an honors degree in law from the University of Oxford.
